2020 Custom Built V-Nose Toy Hauler

Built from the ground up. The frame was built specifically for this Toy Hauler. The floor is 6″ thick with a 2×6 base with the first layer being sheet metal. The top layer is sheet vinyl and roll on decking with a top and bottom sheet of 3/4″ plywood between the floor joists and insulation.

The walls are just under 2″ thick with 3/4″ foam board insulation between layers of 1/2″ plywood. The interior piece has HPL on each side of the ply. There is a slight round to the roof but the ceiling is flat. The toy hauler is wrapped with house wrap and then covered with silver aluminum skins.

This has been used but just like our range camps, it was built to be used for many years. You can see a couple tire marks on the garage floor but other than that it looks like it did the day it left our shop. There is one fold down queen bed with space for a cot or even a loveseat. It also has the capabilities of having other bed systems added.

It has a Wave catalytic heater but a wood stove could be added. It has about 13′ of garage and has carries a 4 seat RZR.
